United States Attorney's Office News Release

 

April 18, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of an indictment* charging TYRONE CLARK and WAYNE HOLLAND with the July 9, 2006, armed robbery of the Radio Shack store at 1713 Grant Avenue in Philadelphia, and with the use of a firearm in connection with that robbery.

If convicted, each defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of life imprisonment, and each faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 7 years for the use the firearm, which will be consecutive to any sentence imposed for the robbery itself.

The case was investigated by the Philadelphia Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation and has been assigned to Assistant United States Attorney Bea L. Witzleben.
