April 27, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of an Indictment* against Michael Dimatteo charging him with unlawful transfer of silencer and possession of two separate unregistered silencers. This case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. If convicted, defendant faces a maximum of 30 years imprisonment and a substantial fine.
