August 3, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of an indictment* charging JOSE LAUSELL, JR, a.k.a. “Orlando,” with distribution of cocaine base (“crack”), in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
If convicted, the defendant faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years in prison, and a $4 million fine.
