
February 15, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the indictment* returned by the grand jury charging LEONEL ANDRES BAEZ ESPINAL of Trenton, New Jersey, with making a false statement in an application of United States passport. The indictment charges that on January 25, 2007, ESPINAL gave a false name and claimed to be a United States citizen in an application for a United States passport, when in fact he was a citizen of the Dominican republic.
