February 7, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of an Indictment* against Leah Guerrier charging that while an employee, she defrauded Commerce Bank of about $26,000.

If convicted, defendant Guerrier faces a maximum possible sentence of 30 years in prison, 5 years supervised release, a $1 million fine, a special assessment of $100, and restitution and forfeiture.

The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and has been assigned to Assistant United States Attorneys Pamela Foa.
