January 11, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of an Indictment* against Jose F. Gregorio, a/k/a Jose Gregorio-Perez, an alien and subject of the Dominican Republic, who was deported from the United States in 2002, for illegally reentering the United States.

If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 20 years imprisonment, a $250,000.00 fine, three years supervised release, and a $100 special assessment.
