January 11, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of a second superseding indictment* against Omar Teagle, Donnell Ball, Raoul Alburg, Ramon Alburg, George Rodgers and Roland Alburg charging that on or about December, 2005 through March, 29, 2006, they conspired to knowingly and intentionally distribute more than 5 kilograms, that is, approximately155 kilograms, of a mixture and substance containing a detectable amount of cocaine, a Schedule II controlled substance, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Section 846.
In addition, the second superseding indictment charges George Rodgers with one count of possession with intent to distribute cocaine, one count of possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of cocaine base, being a felon in possession of a firearm and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking offense.

If convicted the defendants Teagle, Raoul, Ramon Alburg and Roland Alburg face a maximum possible sentence of life imprisonment, a mandatory minimum period of 10 years incarceration, at least a 5 year period up to a lifetime period of supervised release, a fine of $4,000,000 and a special assessment of $100.
If convicted the defendant Ball faces a maximum possible sentence of life
imprisonment,
a mandatory minimum period of 20 years incarceration, at least a 10 year period
up to a lifetime period of supervised release, a fine of $8,000,000 and a special
assessment of $100.
