January 5, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan, Philadelphia District Attorney Lynne Abraham, and JodyWeis, Special Agent-in-Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, announced today the filing of a four-count Indictment* charging defendants Keith Antonio Warren, Tyrell Warren, and Christopher Bryant with conspiracy to commit armed bank robbery, attempted armed bank robbery, carrying and using a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence, felon in possession of a firearm, and aiding and abetting. These charges arise out of the defendants’ participation in the December 6, 2006, attempted armed robbery of the M&T Bank, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The defendants face a total maximum sentence of lifetime imprisonment, a mandatory minimum term of 7 years imprisonment, 5 years supervised release, a $1,000,000 fine, and a $400 special assessment.
