January 5, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced that a grand jury has returned an indictment* charging Julian E. Williams, formerly of Philadelphia, with unauthorized use of access devices to obtain more than $1,000 in the course of a year and use of counterfeit access devices.

If convicted on all charges, the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 140 years imprisonment, a fine of $3,500,000, and three years supervised release. Full restitution may also be ordered.
The case was investigated by the United States Secret Service, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the police department of Upper Dublin Township, Pennsylvania, and has been assigned to Emily McKillip.
