
January 5, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan and Delaware County District Attorney G. Michael Green, and Jody Weis, Special Agent-in-Charge today announced the filing of a one-count indictment* charging Gregory Anthony Young with possession with intent to distribute five or more kilograms of cocaine.
The indictment alleges that on October 27, 2006, Young possessed approximately nine kilograms of cocaine with intent to distribute it.
If convicted, defendant Young faces a maximum of lifetime imprisonment including a 20 year mandatory minimum term of imprisonment, at least 10 years up to lifetime supervised release, an $8,000,000 fine, and a $100 special assessment.
