July 17, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of a superseding indictment* charging TYRONE CLARK, WAYNE HOLLAND and BARRY LITTLE with the July 4, 2006, armed robbery of the Radio Shack store at 39 E City Avenue, Bala Cynwyd, Montgomery County, and with the use of firearms in connection with the robbery. CLARK AND HOLLAND are also charged with the July 9, 2006 armed robbery of the Radio Shack store at 1713 Grant Avenue in Philadelphia, and with the use of a firearm in connection with that robbery.

If convicted, each defendant charged with both robberies (CLARK and HOLLAND) faces a maximum possible sentence of life imprisonment, and a mandatory minimum sentence of 32 years for the use firearms, which will be consecutive to any sentence imposed for the robbery itself. If convicted, LITTLE, charged with one robbery, faces a maximum possible sentence of life imprisonment, and a mandatory minimum sentence of 7 years for the use the firearm, which will be consecutive to any sentence imposed for the robbery itself.
The case was investigated by the Philadelphia Police Department, the Lower Merion Police Department, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and has been assigned to Assistant United States Attorney Bea L. Witzleben.
