July 11, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of an indictment* charging BRAHEEM JOHNSON with one count of possessing a firearm after having been convicted of a felony, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 922(g)(1).

If convicted, the defendant faces a maximum sentence of ten years imprisonment and a $250,000 fine.
