July 13, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of a one-count Information* charging Quantina Moore-Perry with one count of wire fraud, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1343. The count involves the defendant’s alleged receipt of over $400,000 worth of QVC merchandise without paying for it during portions of 2005.

If convicted, the defendant faces a maximum sentence of 20 years imprisonment, a $250,000 fine, 3 years supervised release, and a $100 special assessment.
The case was investigated by the Bensalem Police Department, the Philadelphia Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and has been assigned to Assistant United States Attorneys Paul L. Gray and Michelle Rotella.
