
June 15, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced that the grand jury returned a one-count indictment* charging ALEJANDRO JAVIER BERRIOS-ZEPEDA of Norristown, Pennsylvania, with illegal entry by an alien after removal from the United States. The indictment alleges that the ICE had deported BERRIOS-ZEPEDA in 2006, but that BERRIOS-ZEPEDA had returned to the United States and did not seek or obtain the permission of the Attorney General or the Secretary of Homeland Security to reenter the United States.
