March 15, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of a two-count Indictment* charging Musa Donzo and Joseph Jarlee with one count of attempted carjacking, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 2119, and with one count of using a firearm during a crime of violence, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 924(c).

If convicted, the defendants faces a mandatory seven years imprisonment to a maximum sentence of life imprisonment, a $500,000 fine, 5 years supervised release, and a $200 special assessment.
The case was investigated by the Bensalem Police Department, the Philadelphia Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and has been assigned to Assistant United States Attorneys Paul L. Gray and Michelle Rotella.
