
March 8, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of an indictment* charging James Kelly Jr. with one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm. The indictment charges that the defendant knowingly possessed a loaded .357 magnum after having convicted a felony in Pennsylvania.
