March 26, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of an Indictment* against RAHEEM MARSHALL charging him with committing the following crimes: conspiracy to commit Hobbs Act robbery (1 count), interference with commerce by robbery (6 counts), and carrying a firearm during a violent crime (6 counts).
If convicted the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of life imprisonment, a 132 year mandatory minimum period of incarceration, 5 years supervised release, and a $1300 special assessment.
