March 23, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of a one-count indictment* against Paul Stewart, a/k/a “Kevin Chance,” a native of Jamaica, charging him with illegal reentry after deportation. The indictment charges the defendant was found in the United States without having applied for permission to reapply for admission.
