If convicted, the defendant faces a maximum possible sentence of 30 years imprisonment, a $1,000,000 fine, fives years supervised release, a $100 special assessment, and restitution in the amount of $12,624.50.
The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and has been assigned to Assistant United States Attorney Anthony Kyriakakis.
