May 11, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the return of a one-count indictment* by the Grand Jury, charging JOSE GUZMAN of Philadelphia, PA, with escaping from the Kintock Group Community Sanctions Center on March 14, 2007.
