May 3, 2007 - United States Attorney Patrick L. Meehan today announced the filing of an Indictment* against Wreh Tiewloh charging him with possession with intent to distribute five or more grams of cocaine base (“crack”) and possession of firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking crime. This case was investigated by Immigration & Customs Enforcement and the Philadelphia Police Department. If convicted, defendant faces a maximum of life imprisonment, a mandatory minimum of 10 years imprisonment, and a substantial fine.
