Cole, age 49, was initially placed on bond, but his pretrial bond was revoked on June 27, 2005, and he remains in custody. According to testimony presented at trial, from June 30, 2003, through Nov. 17, 2004, Cole set up at least three Yahoo! accounts using the names “baddaddy4lilgirls,” “badboy4badlilgirls,” and “baddaddy4badgirls,” and posted numerous images of child pornography, child obscenity, obscenity, and child erotica to the Internet through these accounts. U.S. Attorney Roper praised the investigative efforts of the Federal Bureau of Investigation - Lubbock Resident Agency and Anchorage, Alaska Division, the Behavioral Analysis Unit, FBI Academy, Quantico, Virginia, and the Lubbock Police Department. The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorneys Steven M. Sucsy and C. Richard Baker of the Lubbock, Texas, United States Attorney's Office. # # #
