Cureton, to an Information charging one count of false claims against the U.S. and one count of identity theft, announced U.S. Attorney Sarah R. Saldaña of the Northern District of Texas. Wright faces a maximum statutory sentence of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine for each count. She could also be ordered to pay restitution. Sentencing is set for April 23, 2012, before U.S. District Judge Terry R. Means.
