Sentences for January 9 through January 11, 2012

CHEYENNE, WY - Chad Miller Costello, 21, of Billings, Montana, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Clarence A. Brimmer on January 11, 2012, for fraud using access device and aiding and abetting. He received three years probation, with the first four months in the location monitoring program, was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and restitution in the amount of $61,028.52. His brother and co-defendant, Eric Miller Costello, 19, also of Billings, received two years probation, was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and restitution, jointly and severally with Chad Costello, in the amount of $15,103.20. This case was investigated by U.S. Secret Service.

CHEYENNE, WY - Robert Allen Rodriguez, Jr., 39, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on January 9, 2012, for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. Rodriguez received 84 months of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release and was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and a $750.00 fine. This case was investigated by U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
