Dear Mr. Zwick:
I am writing to urge the adoption of rules that are inclusive of gay,
lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered people and their families who suffered
from the attacks of September 11. The purpose of this Fund should be to
provide compensation to ALL individuals who were injured, or to relatives of
those who were killed, as a result of the events of September 11th.
