It is unfair to penalize those families that had the foresight to purchase insurance and deduct that amount received from the award--my widowed daughter does not want to sue anyone as she gone through enough grief , frustration and insensitive encounters; therefore we sincerely hope there will be an equitable distribution of funds, taking into consideration the full earnings power and age of victims and the pain and suffering of the families involved.
