Compensate ALL Victims

Dear Mr. Zwick,

I hope that when your department begins deciding how compensation is distributed to the families of the victims of the September 11th attacks, that you will be sure to include the partners, families, and non-biological children of lesbian and gay victims.

Even if these people were not their biological parents they are no less parents and providers of their surviving family members. This is a time to truly help people, not discriminate against the families of same-sex couples.
