Attn: Kenneth L. Zwick, Director Office of Management Programs U .S. Department of Justice

Dear Mr. Zwick,

Let me add my voice to those encouraging the Justice Department to provide assistance to gay and lesbian families. Sexual orientation should not be a factor in determining who qualifies for the assistance. All of the families of all of the victims should qualify regardless of the conservative Christians' definition of a family. If a family that defines itself as a family has been affected by the September 11th events then that family should receive assistance. This is not a question of morality or of the government promoting any particular lifestyle. This is only about helping the people who need the help regardless of their sexual orientation.

Warmest Regards,
