Please ensure that the regulations governing the "September 11 Victim Compensation Fund" provide compensation to all surviving families of those killed, including the committed partners and non-biological children of gay and lesbian victims. I urge you not to exclude them who are as deserving as anyone. Their loss is no less than other families, their need just as great. This is the just thing to do.
