In administering distribution of the moneys collected for the victims of the September 11, 2001, tragedies in New York, D.C. and Pennsylvania please be as fair as we diverse "Americans" were in contributing. This means all peoples who's lives and finances have been adversely impacted be treated equally - without regard to race, religion, ethnic origin, sexual identity, family orientation, age or sex. The "traditional birth family" must be expanded to encompass all units living as a family pooling resources and nurturing one another. We cannot undo the horrible event nor bring back the lost lives - but we can lessen the financial loss of these 5,000+ lives to those who were co-dependent upon those killed. That should be the over-riding criteria - distribution based upon need and co-dependency.
