Dear Mr. Kenneth Zwick,
I am writing to express my concern over distribution of funds to relatives
of the victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
Life partners, children, and parents of those victims deserve to receive
equitable compensation, regardless of sexual orientation or marital status.
Please consider this as you create rules to administer the Victim
Compensation Fund, and recognize all citizens, be they heterosexual, gay,
lesbian, bisexual or transgendered.
