victim compensation fund

Mr. Kenneth L. Zwick, Director
Office of Management Programs, Civil Division
U. S. Department of Justice

Dear Mr. Zwick,

Whatever compensation is made to the victims of the September 11 attack should be made regardless of race, color, creed or sexual orientation. I would think this procedure would be protected under our Constitution, however, it has come to my attention that certain groups are seeking to exclude gay and lesbian couples and their dependents. It's is about time our justice department recognizes the rights and status as citizens of all people in our country no matter what pressures there are to exclude some.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
