My Comment
I'm the father of two children (princess)2 1/2 and (The franchise)1 1/2 years old.My comment is the following....Maybe I'm the one of few that are writing about this but anyway my Son is a child with special needs. was born with Down Syndrome. Because of his needs ,I'm no longer able to work.I don't know in the standards that are being laid out for compensation but when the rules do come out,I hope the children that are handicap are well taken care of. I wish I never had to write this letter to you and wish my wife was next to me, But that horrific event on that day in September will never go away.
