Mr. Zwick:
i understand that there is some discussion regarding the criteria for
receiving 9/11 Funds that would seek to exclude gay and lesbian Americans
from this benefit.
as far as i'm concerned, any litmus test which would exclude anyone due to
who they are is unAmerican and thoroughly reprehensible.
i urge you to insure a just and fair distribution to all of those whose
lives were shattered by the bombings.
