Sept.11 Victim Comp Fund
I am writing to encourage you to follow the example set by Governor Pataki
of New York State in distributing funds to those persons who were mutually
interdependent with a given victim, in recognition that anyone who shared
with the victim living expenses, day-to-day activities and the emotional
bonds of family deserves help in this time of need. In the distribution of
funds, please include those who lost life partners, de facto parents or
children, without regard to sexual orientation or marital status. Thanks
very much for your attention to this matter.
