Dear Mr Feinberg:
I appreciate your response which is detailed about the Victim Compensation
Fund and that is always welcome when I receive a letter from persons in
political positions, elected or appointed.
I question what you mean by the words, "eligible individuals". Could you
please define those words. And, do they include gay and lesbian partners of
those killed or injured in the attack?
Your detail to this matter is of crucial significance because if they are
not included, it is a serious displacement of fairness and justice.
