grief and pain
hello
I find it difficult to understand how anyone can measure the degree of gief
and pain suffered by the tragic loss of a loved one--whether it be a
child-parent or spouse. The survivors anger or disappointment in the lack of
better security cannot measure pain. Therefore I firmly believe every. victims
immediate family should be compensated based on a simple formular--Ii.e.
spouse receive the biggest portion (perhaps based on family size and
potential earnings-)-then all others receive an equal amount for the pain of
losing a child or mother or farther.
It seems to me that some representation on the decision making committee
should be those that have suffered the most--to be able to bring the true
feeling of loss to the committee.
respectfully
