WTC victims compensation
I don't think charitable contributions should count against claims. I also feel that the payments should be equitable. If victim A needs $1000 a week to live and victim B needs $10,000 a week, I don't think that victim A should receive $X and victim B, $10X. that would be completely unfair. Both should get $X.
