HOW DARE ANYONE CONSIDER REDUCING AWARDS BY RECEIPTS FROM CHARITIES! Congress mentioned LIFE INSURANCE and PENSIONS. If they intended CHARITY RECEIPTS , they would have specified CHARITY RECEIPTS.
