If taxes and other various expenses are raised to cover a Federal Funding project that gets approved through legislature then I am not inclined to donate money of my own free will to groups and clubs collecting for the cause. I feel that if Americans are willing to donate money of their own accord then we shouldn't be punished by sky rocketing prices of our daily needs.
