Title 4 - Hearing oFFICERS
It will help expedite the review and disposition of victims'claims if the DOJ would immediately publish the requirements for hearing officers and disclose the process whereby the Master will screen and appoint them.
There are many retired and semi-retired former trust executives with the requisite experience, skill and objectivity to render just and fair determinations. They could be screened, vetted and put in action quickly because many have already been cleared by the OCC, the Federal Reserve and/or the FDIC, and all that would be needed would be to update their background checks.
