Victims compensation fund.
I believe the excess funds, after being fairly distributed to the victims,
should be set aside into a separate account and distributed in an equitable
and fair manner either to costs involved in the administration of required
vaccinations to American citizens as pertains to anthrax, smallpox or any
other contagious disease suspected to being dispersed amongst our population
by terrorists. As I understand it, the costs of any necessary vaccinations
is going to run well into the millions, and instead of the taxpayer footing
the total bill, the total costs of said protection against these deadly
diseases could be absorbed somewhat by any excess funds accumulated from the
contributions through the various agencies involved. Thank you for the
opportunity to comments.
