I feel that payment to compensate victims of 9/11 should be made without regard to life insurance received. This compensation has nothing to do with anything other than trying to compensate those that have been affected directly by the events of 9/11. No person shall be penalized because of other monies that were received for something they were entitled to as a matter of protocol when they lose a loved one or significant other.
