Sir/Madam,
I am Police Constable 926 of Northern Constabulary,stationed at Stornoway Police Station,Church Street,Stornoway,Island Of Lewis,Scotland,Great Britain.As part of my duties I was liasing with a from my area who unfortunately lost her son ,Bn with an address at as a result of the tragedy on September the 11th 2001.
He was listed in your records as Missing Person ,his body has since been identified and returned to Scotland for burial.I was tasked by my senior officers to consult his mother about the above scheme and return her comments to you via the above e-mail address by 26/11/01.I have spoken to and she does not wish to make any comment reference the above scheme.
