September 11th Victim Compensation Fund
Dear Attorney General John Ashcroft:
I believe that all partners of the victims of the September 11th tragedy
should receive benefits due them, whether they are heterosexual or
homosexual.
This tragedy hit Americans, not singling out any particular group. The
partnerships that these gays and lesbians had before they entered into
the towers that day, has been severed by their loss and should not be
denied any rights that married people enjoy.
I urge you to please consider my plea as we have all stood up proudly as
Americans.
