benefits for victims and survivors of Sept. 11
How can you deny benefits on the basis of sexual orientation? do you think
the gay and lesbian people who died and their families were any less American
than the heterosexual victims and their families? When are you going to
figure out that gay and lesbian people are PEOPLE who deserve all the
dignity, respect, and BENEFITS others are getting. The lesbian and gay
family members of 9/11 victims are suffering just as much -- even more in
light of rules like this that deprive them of their rights.
Please change this policy.
