The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the US has nothing on them denying anyone rights of been human or gay. Get religion out of the politic and start by treating everyone the same as one of these fine document state "ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL" and the Constitution state that everyone has the right to pursue happiness neither say everyone except a gay person/black person/asian person/latin person/ white person. So let get fair with and give the survivors of any relationship their just compensation. Let put these two fine document into effect and stop the hatred. Get churh out of the goverment as is state in the Constitution. One who believe in these documents.
