Dear Mr. Zwick,

I am writing to you because I am very disturbed about the decision not to compensate gay partners of these who died in the September 11 tragedy as those who are heterosexual. The decision is clearly discriminatory and scary coming from the Department of Justice.
It's my understanding this fund was created by Congress for all these affected. I also understand that unborn children and illegal aliens will be compensated equally, but not those who are gay? Help me with this Mr. Zwick. It seems like you are saying it is ok for state law and DOJ rulings to discriminate when desired. By the way, I'm not gay, only one of the citizens who is trying to help everyone hurt by 9/11 trauma, including               and his family, a hero who happened to be gay. Does it really matter? Kindly respond.
