Concerning your offices stance on compensation to gay and lesbian partners and loved one's left in survivorship. I suggest you rethink your current agenda. This will only serve to further polarize American society. Gay men and lesbian women served and died on September 11th 2001. They continue to serve, any administrations attempts to disenfranchise any member of the American society will have the opposite affect as intended. This is 2002 not 1962, time to let entrenched homophobia and the base need to allot a subservient class to any group go the way of racism and ignorance. This government has to include all of it's people in it's representation. A Government that does not represent all of the people represents none of it's people.
