Breaking the Law

Friends,

If Atty. Gen. Ashcroft can discriminate against the documented partners of heroes and victims of September 11th by refusing compensation on the basis of what their home states have for law, does that mean the Atty. General does not act on behalf of the Nation? He is an instrument of the State governments?

Or is he afraid?

Or does he sit in judgement, and with a biased eye?

Sincerely concerned,
